Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Augusta Havens, we understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility and ensure clarity, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation terms below. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

We offer guests the option to cancel their booking or postpone it based on the following terms:

1.1 Full Refund for Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Booking Date

If you decide to cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 4-5 business days after the cancellation request is received.

1.2 Postponement of Booking

We understand that sometimes plans need to be adjusted. If you wish to postpone your booking, you can do so up to 1 month after the original check-in date.

  • Notice Period: You must inform us at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in date to be eligible for postponement.
  • One-Time Postponement: The booking can only be postponed once. After the postponement, no further changes or cancellations will be allowed.
  • Postponed Dates: The new booking dates must fall within 1 month from the original check-in date. If the tariff for the new dates is higher than the original booking, you will be required to pay the remaining balance to cover the difference in price.
1.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Booking Date

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to cancel or postpone your booking in advance to avoid any charges.

2. Refund Process

  • Full Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
  • Postponement Payments: If there is any remaining balance due after postponing your booking, you will be required to settle the amount prior to confirming the new dates.

3. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or postponements for cancellations made after the check-in date, or for any no-shows. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.

4. How to Cancel or Postpone

To cancel or postpone your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

5. Other Important Information

  • If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date or cancel after the deadline, no refund will be issued.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), we may offer further flexibility on cancellations or postponements on a case-by-case basis.
